Internal Rentals

These rentals are designated for Benchmark Human Services and the Anthony Wayne Rehabilitation Center departments only.

Weekday rentals available Tuesdays-Thursdays, September-April only.

Please see availability calendar before requesting a rental reservation.

Any event planning meetings and visits must be scheduled through the "Book a Tour" link or directly with Lodge Coordinator.

Client-centered Rental Guidelines (Free)

  • No rental fee assessed for client-based events

  • Available Tuesday-Thursday (September-May only)

  • Event, including setup and tear-down time, must be contained entirely within CRC office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

  • Renter is responsible for all setup responsibilities:

    • Tables, chairs, décor, etc.

  • CRC staff will only be available for emergencies or other critical facility issues

  • Renter is solely responsible for all cleanup tasks:

    •  Stack all chairs on carts

    •  Fold and move all tables to the storage room or along the west wall

    •  Dust mop/sweep main Lodge floor

      • Spot mop/clean any sticky or wet spots on all floors used during event

      • Sweep kitchen floor

    •  Wipe down all kitchen counter surfaces

    • Take out all event-related trash, including kitchen, bathroom, patio, and main Lodge space

Paid Rental (Half and Full Day Available)

  • $500 for full-day rental or $250 for half-day rental (4 hrs am or pm) 

  • Available Tuesday-Thursday anytime from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. (September-May only)

  • CRC staff will handle setup of tables and chairs, as specified by the renter

  • A CRC admin staff member or event host will be available during the entirety of your event to help with facility needs and other day-of details

  • Renter is responsible for cleanup tasks with assistance from CRC staff:

    • Stack all chairs on carts

    • Fold and move all tables to the storage room or along the west wall

    • Dust mop/sweep main Lodge floor

    • Sweep kitchen floor

    • Wipe down all kitchen counter surfaces

    • Take out all event-related trash, including kitchen, bathroom, patio and main Lodge space

  • Alcohol only allowed with written permission from Vice President of the program.

Rental Process:

1. Director to fill out: Renter Information Sheet

2. Lodge Coordinator will contact you to confirm booking reservation, dates, time, details.
3. Contract will be sent via adobe acrobat signature request. 

Lodge Guidelines and Amenities 

Audio and Video Equipment available and included.

Coffee available for a fee. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Interactive Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) Experiences Available for up to 10 Guests at a Time to Improve Problem Solving, Team Building, and Communication Skills Through Interaction with Horses.
